3.12-rc5 Released – Still OK with VMware and NVIDIA (Patched)
Just installed kernel 3.12-rc5 on the test system, and – as expected – VMware 10.0 compiles and runs OK, and NVIDIA drivers 319.60 and 331.13 – both with the 3.12 patch – compile OK.

Sadly, there is still no up-to-date NVIDIA driver, even for kernel 3.11..

Here’s my patch for VMware 9.0.2 on Linux 3.12. I’m not sure if VMware 10 needs it though.

Thanks.. I’m sure there are many still on the 9.0 version. Surprisingly, 10.0 compiles cleanly on 3.12 without any patches..
