Kernel 3.11.1 has been released, and VMware 10.0 and (patched) NVIDIA 325.15 compile and run OK.. Details are here: https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v3.x/ChangeLog-3.11.1 In fact, there is a NVIDIA driver that compiles with 3.11 kernels unpatched, but it is the ‘legacy’ driver 173.14.38.. Just upgraded to VMware Workstation 10, and can confirm that it installs and runs on Kernel 3.11 without the need for any patches..
