Just updated the test system to Kernel 3.11-rc3, and there is now a patch for vmblock available, at:

Remember that this patch should be applied to vmblock that has already been patched for 3.10..

So.. there are three patches to be applied to the stock VMware code, for kernel 3.11:
Kernel 3.10 patch for vmnet – works with 3.11 as well..
Kernel 3.10 patch for vmblock – fails with 3.11
Kernel 3.11 patch for 3.10 patched vmblock – works with 3.11.

As before, the ‘combo’ 3.10/3.11 patch for NVIDIA driver 325.08 works with 3.11-rc3..

I have updated my main system to Kernel 3.10.4, and this seems to be stable, now..
