NVIDIA – New Driver 460.39 – OK with 5.11..

NVIDIA have released driver 460.39, and details are here:  https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/linux-solaris-and-freebsd-driver-460-39-long-lived-branch-release/166842

This compiles/installs/runs OK with Kernel 5.11, without any patches..   (tested with 5.11-rc5)
