NVIDIA – New Driver – Still Broken with Kernel 4.7 – Patch Fix OK..

Just tested the latest NVIDIA driver – 367.27 – and it fails to compile with Kernel 4.7-rc3.     To fix this, the patch for 367.18 still works ( details at http://rglinuxtech.com/?p=1750 ).

    • They could, but it may be that NVIDIA has to patch their code… They have just released another driver – 361.45.18 – that is still broken..
      Kernel devs tend to be unsympathetic to problems with proprietary system code..
