More Pi Hub Failures…
Now I have tried with (according to the wiki..) known/good power supply (Nokia) and – allegedly good – hub (Logik) and am getting the same errors, and disconnect of the USB Ethernet connection..

Back to the drawing board… Hopefully some changes to the Broadcom bcm2708 code in later patched Pi 3.1.9+ kernels might solve some of these issues…
Can you measure the voltage at TP1?
I get 4.88V measured between TP1 and HDMI Socket Body with this PSU:
PSU: Masterplug Surge Protected USB Adaptor 2 x 1A USB Polished Black
