The recently-released NVIDIA 325.08 driver does not compile with kernel 3.10, and the original ‘3.10 patch’ does not work, either.. There is a modified patch available, at https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/549208/linux/patch-for-325-08-on-linux-3-10/ This applies and compiles OK.. Just installed the ‘final / released’ version of the Raspberry Pi 3.8 kernel, from https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/tree/rpi-3.8.y, and everything seems to be behaving..
