This has the (obvious) downside that we have to rely on regular creation of &#8216;newer&#8217; forked versions, and the current Pi kernel source available is already &#8216;old&#8217;&#8230;\u00a0\u00a0 The forked source is based on kernel 3.1.9, whereas the current &#8216;stable&#8217; version (as of March 21st 2012) is 3.2.12, and <strong>new<\/strong> version 3.3 is also now available..<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully this will all be available &#8211; at least &#8211; as a patchset to the current\/stable kernel source, soon..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Linux kernel source for the Pi has been &#8216;forked&#8217;, rather than being released as a patch set..
